Four stages, from application to appointment
A. Application and agreement
Submit this interest form with your background and reviewing experience, and sign the Reviewer Agreement.
B. Verification
AIITE verifies your professional standing and reviewing experience.
C. Appointment
You are added to the published roster and begin receiving assignments.
D. Fellow Review Assignments
You score assigned Fellowship applications against the published rubric and record reasons.
Eligibility requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive professional experience in IT, AI, data analytics, software engineering, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Prior judging experience (required), plus any other experience in peer review, advisory, editorial, assessment, standards, or expert evaluation roles.
- Recognized expertise in your category, supported by prestigious memberships, invited talks, publications, awards, or comparable credentials.
- Ability to complete evaluations objectively, confidentially, and within the deadlines.
What reviewers do
Review applications
Score each applicant's four claimed categories, plus an Overall Assessment.
Provide reasons
Document a reasoned assessment for every approval and decline.
Declare and recuse
Identify and self-recuse from any case with a conflict of interest before review begins.
Maintain confidentiality
Keep all application materials strictly confidential under the Reviewer Agreement.

Verification
AIITE team reviews your LinkedIn profile, stated credentials, supporting documents and decides on your application.
Appointment
Once your standing is confirmed, you are listed on the Review Panel roster and begin receiving assignments.
Fellow Review Assignments
Fellowship applications are assigned. Score each against the categories the applicant claimed and record your reasons.

Congratulations! You’re now eligible for the optional Reviewer Package for $99.
The annual fee unlocks your Reviewer Card and allows you to earn a Review Certificate each quarter you complete a review — up to four certificates per year at no additional cost. The Reviewer Package is entirely optional. Purchasing it has no effect on reviewer appointment, roster inclusion, assignments, standing, or continued service.

Your reviewer certificates and letters
A certificate is issued for each quarter in which you complete 1+ Fellowship review.
